Farmhouse Table Beer
This beer is unlike any other, hence the name. A light beer brewed with Delaware malted barley and wheat flakes, we went rogue and fermented this beer with a blend of our house ale strain and a wild strain of brettanomyces, then aged two months in our stainless steel tanks. Notes of raw honey, vanilla, and rose pedal are noticeable among a variety of others. Come try it and you tell us what you taste!
Oktoberfest Style Lager
A classic Oktoberfest style lager, brewed with all imported german malt and lightly hopped with Czech Saaz Hops
Russian Imperial Stout
A vanilla Russian Imperial Stout. Rich, decadent roasted chocolate with creamy vanilla and espresso coffee overtones.
Peaches and Cream
DDh with El Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic, then conditioned on vanilla beans and a bunch of pureed peaches. Hops on the nose with a creamy vanilla, peaches finish
Kettle soured ale conditioned on plum and tart cherry, pleasantly rich and juicy.
A creamy, sessionable, hazy IPA dry hopped with Vic Secret, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Notes of overripe tangelo, honeysuckle, and creamsicle
Triple Dry Hopped on Mosaic, El Dorado, and Simcoe. A juicy fruit, pinahopcolada, with creamy flaked oats & wheat flakes.
A kettle sour ale brewed with raspberries, lemon zest, and vanilla bean. Tart and juicy, this brew is reminiscent of a raspberry and lemon sorbet on a perfect spring day.
This IPA is both soft and juicy. Double dry-hopped with an exorbitant amount of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado, it's got a lot of character but is deceivingly easy to drink.
Dark cocoa, smoked chocolate ganache, and rich vanilla raspberry reduction.
Red Lips is a naturally kettle soured ale. Brewed with raspberries, strawberries, and vanilla bean, it tastes of raspberry jam, tart strawberry pie, and vanilla milkshake goodness.
This East Coast Double IPA features a ton of hop character as well as some caramel and biscuit notes stemming from the malt used in the brewing process. Our annual Double IPA is usually a hoppy, complex beer, and this one didn't fall short!
Righteous Mango Sour IPA
Semi tart, semi tropical mango goodness, dry hopped to the nines with El Dorado & Amarillo hops.
Crisp and dry sour ale perfect for those warm summer days. Brewed with strawberries, raspberries, and sauvignon blanc grapes.
Blended Wild Ale
Barrel aged Kolsch (brewed in 2017) which spent half of it's time conditioned with passionfruit and blackberries in an American Oak Merlot Barrel and the other half in an American Oak Malbec barrel with boysenberries! This beautiful beer has a ton of great fruit character with some sour grape notes as well as plenty of dark fruit character.
Blended Wild Ale
A 50/50 blend of Golden Ale (Aged two months in Oak with pureed mango and brettanomyces) and Witbier (Aged six months in Oak with Pinot Noir Grape must and brettanomyces) This barrel aged sour is complex, fruity, and funky.
Double dry hopped with Citra and Wakatu for a tropical dankness on the nose and heavily kettle hopped with oldie but goodies centennial and chinook.
Triple Dry Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops, conditioned on vanilla beans & mint leaves.
Shuckin' Pumpkin Ale
A taste of fall with pronounced caramel and dark fruit notes with subtle additions of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
El Dorado Hops used in the kettle, then double dry hopped with Galaxy and Lemon Drop, this Double IPA is then cold steeped on lemon grass. Silly Rabbit, Hops are for grown-ups!
Single Hop Session (CITRA)
Crushable session IPA hopped and dry hopped with the tropical dankness of the Citra hop.
A light, creamy, and refreshing taste of Spring, this unique spin on Witbier is dry hopped with lemongrass.
Strawberry Dreamsicle is an IPA brewed with ripe strawberries dreamy vanilla ice cream, and a freshly cut bouquet of our favorite American American Hop varieties.
Wile Ale, delicate and refreshing farmhouse ale fermented with Brettanomyces in stainless steel, then conditioned on local Fifer Orchards peaches for 3 months.

Passion Fruit - Kettle Sour
SEDUCTIVELY TART AND JUICY, REMINISCENT OF PASSION FRUIT PUNCH, STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM, AND BLUEBERRY REDUCTION
Unreal is a triple dry hopped IPA with notes of bazooka bubblegum, juicy fruit, and strawberry fruit by the foot. Hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo.
Roasty, Piney, and Resinous, this IPA is as dark and full of character. Additions of Simcoe and Centennial hops round out this complex, delicious black ipa.
Vanilla Dreamsicle IPA
Double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Vanilla Beans. Creamy vanilla wafers, ripe cantaloupe, and squeezed pineapples
White Tea IPA
Smooth & flavorful IPA single hopped with Cascade in the kettle, then dry hopped with Simcoe and Michigan Copper. Cold conditions atop of hibiscus flowers and white tea. Notes of fresh berries, floral sweetness and sipping tea on the front porch in the summer time.
