Andrew Harton became interested in brewing while still in college and began brewing professionally for Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant shortly after graduating.  Andrew joined Big Oyster Brewery in 2015 looking for an opportunity to make awesome beer suited for drinking at the beach. 

His favorite styles include the West Coast American IPA, Bavarian Hefeweizen, and English Stout, but he enjoys drinking and brewing all styles of beer.  He enjoys talking beer as well, and welcomes any craft beer aficionados to poke their heads in the brewery to say hi!
