Conditioned in stainless steel for 5 months then aged on 100 pounds of ripe strawberry from Fifer Orchards. Dry and crisp with pleasant floral and fruit undertones.
Wile Ale, delicate and refreshing farmhouse ale fermented with Brettanomyces in stainless steel, then conditioned on local Fifer Orchards peaches for 3 months.
Mashed with white wheat and caramunich malt for a light, smooth caramel mouthfeel. Dry-hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops providing delightful aromas and flavors of floral, citrus, and tropical fruit.
Hazy & Juicy IPA Hopped in the kettle with whole leaf mosaic hops, then dry hopped with Mosaic and Wakatu.

The Goose is Loose
Light-based crisp ale fermented for a whole year with our house-mixed culture in a stainless-steel vat. Conditioned with caper gooseberries, giving it a sweet tartness and complex flavors of peach, grape, clementine, and pineapple.

Triple Delaware Dreamsicle
Triple Delaware Dreamsicle is an India Pale Ale exclusively hopped in the kettle with the stone fruity El Dorado and bumped up lactose and oats, then aggressively Triple Dry Hopped with Citra and Mosaic. It then spent some time cold conditioning upon mounds of fresh orange zest and Madagascar vanilla beans. Creamy, Citrusy, and Dank x3!
Triple Pineapple Dreamsicle
Triple the juicy pineapple goodness of our OG Pineapple Dreamsicle, with bumped up lactose and oats to boot. Fresh and textured creamy vanilla and tropical fruit gives way to a big Triple Dry Hop of our favorite varieties.
Double dry hopped with citra and mosaic and tons of pureed pink guava, passionfruit, and vanilla goodness.
Our favorite summertime fruits, mango and pineapple, remind us that good times are just around the corner. Vanilla beans are also included to feature notes of refreshing pina coladas, ripe mangos, and berry cream cake.
Saison blend fermented with three different yeast strains, and allowed to rest on mango and passionfruit puree for three months
Brewed with piles of oats and double dry hopped with Sabro, Citra, and Mosaic. Notes of fresh OJ, strawberry jam, and bazooka bubblegum.
Roasty, Piney, and Resinous, this IPA is as dark and full of character. Additions of Simcoe and Centennial hops round out this complex, delicious black ipa.

Tons of late hop additions of citra and mosaic and more vanilla beans than ever. Notes of vanilla sugar cookies, pina colada and capri sun. Brewed with a load of oats and lactose.

Double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Vanilla Beans. Creamy vanilla wafers, ripe cantaloupe, and squeezed pineapples
White Tea IPA
Smooth & flavorful IPA single hopped with Cascade in the kettle, then dry hopped with Simcoe and Michigan Copper. Cold conditions atop of hibiscus flowers and white tea. Notes of fresh berries, floral sweetness and sipping tea on the front porch in the summer time.
Whole Leaf IPA
Brewed with Pilsner Malt, flaked oats, and 100 lbs of Whole Leaf Citra Hops, this beer is full of character. Notes of juicy grapefruit are introduced by the aroma of tropical fruit, with notes of lime zest.
