Can I bring outside food?
The only outside food we allow is desserts.
Are we allowed to bring a musician?
You may bring a solo acoustic act. We also offer Pandora and Sirius XM station
How many people does your dining room fit? (Milford Location)
Our front dining room fits up to 70, and our back dining room fits up to 50
If you have a party of over 70, you will need to rent out both dining rooms. The capacity is 120
Do you only offer Buffet style for catering?
No, we offer a 3-plated course menu starting at $45 per person
During lunch, we can offer a limited menu; the price range is $25-$30 per person plus 20% gratuity. The menu does include a non-alcoholic beverage.
Can we bring decorations?
Yes, the only decorations we do not allow are confetti and hanging decorations
Do you offer linens?
Yes, we offer black or white linens. If you prefer a different color, you can bring your own.
How do you handle alcohol?
We customize based on your budget and needs. We offer open bar, cash bar, beer and wine only, and drink tickets (must bring your own).
The bill is handled on a consumption basis and is settled at the end of the event.
Do you book the driving range and the pavilion over at the golf course?
We do not book these rooms, but we handle all food and beverage options. To book these spaces, please reach out to Stewart at Southern Delaware Golf Course
